Legal & policies

Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy & Acceptable Use

All four IPTV Ireland policies in one place, written in plain English. These terms govern your use of the service, explain exactly when a refund applies and when it does not, set out how we handle your personal data under GDPR, and define what counts as acceptable use of your subscription.

Last updated: 9 August 2026 Governed by the laws of Ireland GDPR compliant

Terms and Conditions

The rules that govern your use of IPTV Ireland — what we provide, what we expect from you, and how this agreement works.
The short version. We provide an IPTV subscription and login only — not the player app. You must be 18 or older. No reselling, restreaming, sharing beyond your plan limit or commercial use. You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy below. Governed by the laws of Ireland.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and IPTV Ireland ("IPTV Ireland", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting irelandiptv.online, requesting a free trial, or purchasing any subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to or use IPTV Ireland. The service may include channels and content — including pay-per-view events, news and entertainment — intended for adult audiences. By subscribing you confirm you are 18 or over and that any household members using your subscription are supervised appropriately.

Parental responsibility

If anyone under 18 uses an IPTV Ireland subscription in your household, it is your responsibility as the account holder to supervise access and apply any parental controls available in your player app and on your devices.

2. What we provide

IPTV Ireland provides an IPTV subscription service. We issue you login credentials — a username, a password and a server URL — that give you access to a line-up of live television channels and a video-on-demand library over the public internet.

We do not provide:

  • The player application used to view content — these are third-party apps.
  • Your internet connection or any networking hardware.
  • The devices — streaming sticks, smart TVs, set-top boxes, phones or tablets — on which you watch.
  • Ownership or licensing rights to any channel or programme delivered through the service — content is sourced from third-party streams.

3. Third-party player apps

To watch IPTV Ireland you must use a third-party IPTV player application. These applications are not owned, operated or supported by us. Their developers set their own terms, privacy policies, prices where applicable, and update schedules.

We can recommend reliable players and help you configure them, but we cannot accept responsibility for changes those apps make — including removal from app stores, changes to features, bugs, security issues, or discontinuation of the app entirely. If a player you use stops working, we will help you switch to an alternative.

Keeping your player app updated is your responsibility. Streams move to newer codecs over time and outdated builds handle them badly, which no change at our end can fix.

4. Your subscription and account

Your responsibility

  • Provide an accurate email address and contact number when ordering, so we can deliver your login details.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and save the activation message we send you.
  • Do not share your login outside your plan's permitted device limit.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.

Lost credentials

If you forget, lose or delete your login details we will try to help you recover them, but we are not obliged to and we are not responsible for any inconvenience or downtime this causes. Forgotten or deleted credentials are not eligible for a refund.

Plan limits

Each subscription plan permits a specific number of simultaneous device connections. Exceeding that limit may cause streams to drop or the account to be flagged for review. The limit applies to concurrent streams, not to how many devices you install on. To stream on more devices at once, upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

5. Payment and activation

IPTV Ireland does not process card payments through this website. All orders are arranged manually via WhatsApp or email — you contact us, we confirm the plan and a secure payment method, you pay, and we activate your subscription.

  • No card or bank details are stored on irelandiptv.online.
  • Each order is reviewed and activated by a real person, typically within minutes.
  • Payment confirmation is required before your subscription is activated.
  • Pricing is displayed in euro and is subject to change. Any change applies only to new orders or renewals — an existing paid period is not affected.
  • Nothing renews automatically. Your subscription simply ends at the end of the period you have paid for unless you arrange a new one.

Immediate supply and your right of withdrawal

Because this is digital content supplied immediately on request, the following applies: by asking us to activate your subscription you expressly request that supply begins immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under Irish and EU consumer law.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where the service supplied is faulty, not as described, or not provided at all. Those situations are covered by the Refund Policy below.

6. Service availability

We aim for a 99.9% uptime target and operate anti-freeze infrastructure designed to handle peak demand. However, no internet service can guarantee 100% uptime, and IPTV Ireland is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis.

The following may affect your access and are not grounds for compensation beyond what is set out in the Refund Policy:

  • Issues with your own device, player app, internet connection or home network.
  • Restrictions, throttling or blocks applied by your broadband provider.
  • Announced maintenance windows and infrastructure updates, which we keep short and schedule outside peak times where possible.
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet backbone failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions or large-scale third-party outages.
  • Changes to third-party content sources, including channels being removed, renamed or reorganised, and specific events being unavailable due to rights or source changes.

7. Free trial

We may offer a free trial so you can test the service before subscribing. The free trial:

  • Is intended for genuine evaluation of the service.
  • Has a limited duration and may be limited to one trial per person, household or device.
  • Is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.
  • Is subject to the same acceptable-use rules as a paid plan. Abuse of the trial system may result in being blocked from the service entirely.

If you proceed from a trial to a paid subscription, these terms and the Refund Policy apply from the moment payment is made. Failing to test the service during your free trial before purchasing is not grounds for a refund.

8. Content and intellectual property

The channels, films, series and other content available through IPTV Ireland are produced and owned by third-party broadcasters, studios, sports bodies and other rights-holders. IPTV Ireland does not own or claim ownership of any of this content, and is not affiliated with any broadcaster, sports body, streaming platform or device manufacturer.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws of your country, including any applicable copyright, broadcasting and licensing laws. We provide general background on the legal position in Ireland on our Is IPTV Legal in Ireland? page — that is general information, not legal advice.

The IPTV Ireland name, logo, website design, copy, images and brand assets are owned by us. You may not copy, mirror or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your subscription without notice and without refund if you breach these terms, including:

  • Reselling, restreaming, sharing or commercially exploiting the service.
  • Repeatedly exceeding the device limit on your plan after being warned.
  • Using the service to commit fraud, harm others, or break the law.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.
  • Abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward our support team.

You may stop using the service at any time. There is no cancellation fee — your subscription simply ends at the end of the period you have paid for.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under Irish consumer law.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages — including loss of profits, business interruption, missed entertainment, loss of data, or upset arising from being unable to watch a specific programme or event.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the affected subscription period.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IPTV Ireland harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any commercial use of the service in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, in technology, or in applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and, where reasonable, communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You and IPTV Ireland agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team — almost every issue is settled at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Where appropriate, consumer claims may also be brought through the Irish Small Claims Court, which handles claims up to €2,000 without the need for a solicitor. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.

Refund Policy

Plain-English rules for when a refund applies, when it does not, and exactly how to request one. We sort issues with you first — refunds when something is genuinely on our side.
The short version. Refunds are available for verified server-side faults only, within 7 days of purchase. To request one, message us with your payment receipt and login ID. Give us a fair chance to fix the issue first. No refunds for device, app, internet or ISP-side issues, change of mind, or lost login details.

1. Our approach to refunds

IPTV Ireland is a premium service. We work hard to keep our servers stable, our channels live and our support quick, and we back that with a refund policy designed to be fair to both sides — refunds when something is genuinely our fault, and clear ground when an issue sits with your device, your network, or how the service is being used.

By purchasing any subscription, including converting from a free trial to a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it before you order so there are no surprises.

2. When you can request a refund

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date if your subscription is unusable due to a verified server-side fault that our support team cannot resolve.

Counts as a server-side fault
  • Prolonged downtime of our servers that we cannot restore in a reasonable time.
  • Subscription failed to activate after payment, and we cannot deliver one within 24 hours.
  • Confirmed duplicate charges or accidental double billing on our side.
  • Unauthorised transactions, subject to investigation and verification.
  • A technical issue we cannot resolve within 48 hours of you reporting it and cooperating with troubleshooting.
Does not qualify
  • Your device, player app, home internet, Wi-Fi or ISP restrictions.
  • Change of mind, or the channel selection not suiting you.
  • Forgotten, lost, deleted or shared login details.
  • Partial or unused portions of a subscription period.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
Verification is part of every refund. So we can confirm the issue is on our side, we will ask you to test a few things from your end first — a restart, a router check, a quick reinstall. It is quick and we will guide you through it.

3. After 7 days — how issues are handled instead

Important — please read before purchasing

After 7 days from your purchase date, no refund can be requested for any reason. Once that window has passed, the remedy for a service issue is repair rather than a refund. You cannot request money back — our team will fix the problem.

Fault resolution times vary with the nature of the issue. A fix can take anywhere from 24 hours to a week, and occasionally longer for complex problems such as source changes, provider-side faults, server migrations or infrastructure work. We will keep you updated while it is being worked on.

Where a backup server is available, our team will move you onto it so you can keep watching while the primary issue is resolved.

Day 1–7 Refund available for verified server-side faults we cannot resolve. Standard troubleshooting applies first.
After day 7 No refunds. We fix the issue instead, and move you to a backup server where one is available.
Over 10 days Compensation applies. If a service disruption continues for more than 10 days, we add extra days to your subscription to cover the period affected.

This is deliberate and we would rather state it plainly before you buy than argue about it afterwards. It is also why we offer a genuine free trial — so you can confirm the service performs on your own connection before paying anything.

4. When refunds do not apply

The following are not eligible for a refund. None are server-side issues — they are things on your side, outside our control, or against our terms.

Device, app and connection issues

  • Your television, streaming stick, Android box, set-top box, phone, tablet or other device not working correctly.
  • Your player app being misconfigured, outdated or incompatible.
  • Slow, unstable or capped home internet, including Wi-Fi problems, weak signal, or other devices using your bandwidth.
  • ISP restrictions, throttling, geo-restrictions, DNS settings, firewall rules or network filtering outside our control.
  • Issues caused by a VPN, proxy or DNS service you are using.

User-side responsibility

  • Refusing or failing to update your player app when we ask, then experiencing problems caused by the outdated version.
  • Refusing to follow troubleshooting instructions provided by our technical support team before submitting a refund request.
  • Refusing alternative solutions, replacement access, backup servers or reasonable troubleshooting offered by our team.
  • Failing to test the service during your free trial before purchasing a paid plan.
  • Requests made while an active support ticket, maintenance process, migration or technical investigation is still ongoing.

Compensation already provided

  • Where compensation, bonus time, a free subscription extension, credit, discount, replacement service or alternative access has already been provided to resolve an issue.
  • Once you accept any form of compensation, account credit, free extension or goodwill adjustment, the matter is considered resolved and no refund request will be accepted afterwards.

Infrastructure, content and force majeure

  • Delays caused by server migrations, infrastructure changes, security incidents, DDoS attacks, data recovery procedures or emergency restoration work.
  • Temporary loss of specific channels, categories, VOD content, series, catch-up services, EPG data or regional content due to provider-side, licensing, source or third-party changes.
  • Service disruption caused by force majeure — natural disasters, power outages, internet backbone failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions or third-party service outages.
  • Interruptions occurring during announced maintenance.
  • Specific channels or events being unavailable where the rest of the line-up is working.
Lost or deleted login details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. If you forget, lose, delete or share your login and can no longer access your subscription, that is not a server-side fault and is not eligible for a refund. Save the activation email and the message containing your details, and back up your chats if you change phone.

5. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be sent directly to our support team via WhatsApp or email. Refunds cannot be requested through any other channel.

To process any refund we need all of the following. Without this information we cannot verify your purchase and cannot proceed:

  1. Your payment receipt — confirmation of your original payment, showing date, amount and payment method or reference.
  2. Your login ID or username — the subscription username we issued to you.
  3. A clear description of the issue — what is happening, when it started, and what you have already tried.
  4. Confirmation you have worked with support — the chat history, dates, or steps you have already completed with us.

Our support team reviews refund requests and replies within 1–3 business days. We will either confirm the refund, explain why the request does not qualify under this policy, or come back with a fix that resolves the underlying issue.

6. How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase, where possible.
  • The amount processed is the original purchase price, less any portion of the subscription period already used.
  • Once approved on our side, payment provider processing typically takes 5–14 business days to appear in your account. Banks can occasionally take up to 30 days — these timeframes are set by the payment provider, not by us.
  • Once a refund is issued, your subscription access ends immediately on the corresponding plan.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are a small, responsive team and almost every issue can be sorted faster directly with us than through a bank dispute, which often takes 30 days or more.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your subscription being suspended pending the dispute, and we reserve the right to defend the original transaction with the payment provider by providing evidence of service delivery.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to keep it current, accurate and aligned with our service. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under the General Data Protection Regulation.
The short version. We collect the minimum needed to set up and support your subscription — a contact address, your device type and your support messages. We never store card or bank details on this website. We do not sell your data to anyone. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

IPTV Ireland operates the website irelandiptv.online and supplies IPTV subscriptions to customers in Ireland. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about any privacy matter using the details in the contact section at the end of this page.

We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details on this website. Payments are arranged directly with you and handled by the payment provider, who processes that information under their own privacy policy.

3. Our lawful basis for processing

  • Performance of a contract — to activate, deliver and support the subscription you have asked for.
  • Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud and abuse, enforce plan limits, and keep our infrastructure secure and stable.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records, for example for tax or accounting purposes.
  • Consent — for anything optional, such as telling us your device type. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to activate your subscription, send your credentials, provide setup help and technical support, verify purchases and process refund requests, assign you to a suitable server, and detect misuse such as credential sharing beyond your plan limit.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list. There is no marketing email programme, and any message you receive from us relates to your subscription or a question you asked.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever. We share the minimum necessary with a small number of service providers so the service can function:

  • Messaging and email platforms used to deliver your credentials and provide support.
  • Payment providers, who process the transaction under their own privacy policy.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the servers delivering the service.
  • Website analytics, where used, to understand general traffic patterns rather than individuals.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so by a valid order from a competent authority.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account and contact details — for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or a dispute arises.
  • Payment records — for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
  • Support messages — kept while relevant to your account so we do not ask you to repeat yourself.
  • Trial enquiries that never convert — deleted once they are clearly no longer needed.

8. Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the following rights over your personal data. To exercise any of them, message us using the contact details below. We will respond within one month, free of charge.

  1. Right of access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Right to rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  3. Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to any records we must keep by law.
  4. Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data while an issue is resolved.
  5. Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format, or have it sent to another provider.
  6. Right to object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  7. Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it.
Right to complain. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission, at dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including limiting access to the people who need it to support you. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we do not store card details, and the data we hold is deliberately minimal for that reason.

We will never ask you for card numbers, bank details or passwords over chat. If anyone claiming to be us does, stop and contact us through the contact page instead.

10. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function correctly, plus any analytics used to understand general traffic patterns. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertising networks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

11. Children

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Acceptable Use Policy

What your subscription is for, and the specific conduct that will get an account suspended without refund.
The short version. Your subscription is for personal, household, non-commercial viewing. Reselling, restreaming, sharing beyond your plan limit and commercial use are all prohibited and result in immediate suspension without refund.

1. Permitted use

Your subscription is licensed for personal, household, non-commercial use only. Within that, you may:

  • Install your login on as many of your own devices as you like.
  • Stream up to the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows.
  • Use the service while travelling, provided you stay within your stream limit.
  • Move your subscription between devices at any time, free of charge.

2. Prohibited use

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund:

  • Reselling — reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or rebranding access in any form.
  • Restreaming — restreaming, rebroadcasting, mirroring or relaying content to any other platform, audience or location.
  • Credential sharing — sharing your login beyond your plan's device limit, including with people outside your household.
  • Commercial use — including public viewings in bars, restaurants, gyms, hotels, salons, barbershops or other commercial premises, which would require separate commercial licensing that we do not provide.
  • Recording for redistribution — recording, copying, capturing, downloading or extracting content for redistribution.
  • Interference — attempting to reverse-engineer the service, probe our infrastructure, scrape, scan or otherwise disrupt normal operation.
  • Illegal activity — using the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction, or to violate any applicable law.
  • Misrepresentation — misrepresenting your age, identity or location when ordering.
  • Trial abuse — taking repeated free trials, sharing trial credentials, or otherwise gaming the trial system.
  • Abuse of staff — abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward our support team.

3. How we enforce this

Accounts showing patterns consistent with sharing or reselling — such as simultaneous connections from many separate locations — may be flagged for review. Where the breach is minor and looks accidental we will contact you first. Where it is clearly deliberate, particularly reselling or restreaming, the account is suspended immediately and no refund is due.

Decisions are made by a person rather than automatically, and if you believe your account has been flagged in error you can contact us and we will look at it again.

4. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is reselling or restreaming our service, or if you are a rights-holder with a concern about content carried on the service, contact us using the details below. Rights-holder notices are reviewed and acted on.

We would rather explain a clause now than argue about it later. And if you have not tested the service yet, the free trial exists precisely so you can check it works on your own connection before any of these terms cost you anything.
