About IPTV Ireland — Who We Are and How We Operate

There is a lot of noise in this market and not much straight talking. This page sets out exactly what we supply, how the service works behind the scenes, who answers when you message support, and — the part most providers skip — what we will not promise you.

What we are, and what we are not

Most confusion in this market comes from providers being vague about what they actually sell. Here is both halves of it, side by side.

What we are
A subscription supplierWe provide login credentials and access to a content library. That is the product, in full.
Built around Irish viewingIrish regional channels, the European football schedule and the line-up Irish households actually look for.
Staffed on Irish evening hoursA person answers while the match is still on, not a ticket queue that replies on Thursday.
Priced plainly on the websiteEvery price is printed on the subscription page. No add-on packs, no sports surcharge, no month-four increase.
Happy to be tested firstA genuine 24-hour trial with no card details, because we would rather you judged the service than our copywriting.
What we are not
Not a broadcasterWe are not affiliated with any broadcaster, sports body, streaming platform or channel named anywhere on this site.
Not a hardware sellerWe do not sell, rent or manufacture boxes. Everything runs on the device you already own, bought from ordinary retailers.
Not an app developerPlayer apps are third-party software published under their own terms. We recommend and support them; we do not build them.
Not selling "lifetime" anythingNothing in this business is lifetime. Plans run from one month to a year and we would treat that promise as a warning sign too.
Not the cheapest, deliberatelyThere is a floor below which servers and staffed support cannot be paid for. We sit above it on purpose.
If any of the right-hand column matters to you, read our page on where the legal line sits before subscribing to anyone — including us.
The product

What we actually provide

One subscription, one library, one price. Everything below is included on every plan — the only differences between plans are duration and how many screens can stream at once.

Credentials and access

A username, a password and a server URL. Those three details are your entire subscription — they work in any compatible player, on any device you own, and you can move them between devices whenever you like at no cost.

The content library

55,000+ live channels and 176,000+ films and series on demand, with a full seven-day programme guide. Sport, Irish regional channels, entertainment, kids and documentary all sit in the same list under one login.

Setup and support

Free setup help on every plan and on the trial, including walking you through it on WhatsApp while you sit in front of the television. Device switching, troubleshooting and server reassignment are all included.

Behind the scenes

How the service actually works

Not a black box. Here is the chain from you asking for a line to a picture appearing on your television.

1 Your line is provisioned by handWhen you request a trial or subscription, a person creates the line and assigns it to a server chosen for your location. This is why activation takes minutes rather than being instant — and why it tends to work properly when it arrives.
2 Content is delivered from load-balanced serversLive channels and on-demand content run on separate infrastructure, so a surge in film watching does not affect a match. Capacity is sized for the busiest ninety minutes of the week rather than the weekly average.
3 Failover moves you before you noticeIf a route degrades mid-stream, your player is handed a healthy one. Most fixtures also carry two to four independent feeds, which is why switching feeds usually solves a problem faster than restarting anything.
4 A third-party player turns it into televisionThe final step happens on your device, in software we did not write. That is why an outdated player app is one of the most common causes of problems, and why no change at our end can fix it.
5 When something breaks, a person fixes itFeeds drop, routes congest, apps update badly. We repair reported channels, reassign servers on request, and would genuinely rather hear about a problem than have you quietly decide the service is poor.

Support

Our support promise

Support is where most IPTV services quietly fall down, because it is the expensive part. It is also the only part you will care about at twenty past three on a Saturday.

A person, not a ticket queue Messages go to someone who can actually change something — reassign your server, check your line, repair a feed. Most replies come within minutes during Irish waking hours.
Staffed through kick-off windows We work the hours Irish customers watch television, including evenings and weekends. There is little point in support that is only available when nobody is streaming.
Setup help is free, always Included on paid plans and on the free trial. If you are not confident with technology, say so when you message and we will walk you through it slowly rather than sending a link.
We will tell you when it is not us If the problem is your Wi-Fi, your player app or your device, we will say so and help you fix it anyway. Pretending otherwise wastes your evening and our time.
Honest limits

What we will not promise you

Every provider in this market makes the same four promises. We are not going to, because none of them survive contact with a busy Saturday.

"Nothing will ever buffer"

Live streaming depends on your broadband, your Wi-Fi, your device and the route between us. We can build the infrastructure properly and we do — but anyone promising a perfect picture in every home on every evening is guessing on your behalf.

What we will say is that most buffering is fixable, usually in under two minutes, and we will help you fix it.

"Every channel in 4K, always"

4K depends on the original broadcast, not on us. It is typically the featured fixture of the day rather than every match on the card, and a provider claiming otherwise is describing something that does not exist.

Everything else runs in FHD or HD, which on a properly configured connection looks considerably better than a struggling 4K stream.

"No channel will ever go down"

Individual feeds drop. That is normal across this entire industry and any service claiming a perfect record is not being straight with you. What matters is how quickly they come back.

We repair reported channels, which is why sending us the exact channel name is the single most useful thing a customer can do.

"Fully licensed, one hundred per cent legal"

It is the easiest sentence in this industry to type and the hardest to stand over, and nearly every site in the market types it regardless. We would rather explain how content licensing actually works and let you decide.

We have written a full page on it, including the fully licensed alternative and what it costs. Read it before subscribing to anyone.

This is deliberate. A service that oversells creates a customer who feels misled in week two. We would rather lose a sale to someone promising more than take money from someone who ends up disappointed on match day.

Serving viewers across Ireland

Customers in every county, with servers chosen for Irish routing and support hours set to Irish evenings rather than another time zone.

Rural or slower connections are welcome and usually fine — the service adapts down to FHD and HD cleanly. If you are unsure whether your line will cope, take the trial and find out for nothing rather than taking anyone's word for it.
FAQ

About us — questions

The things people ask before trusting a provider they have not heard of. Ask us anything else directly.

You should not, on the strength of a website. That is exactly why the trial is free, needs no card details and gives you the complete service for 24 hours. Test it on a busy evening, on your own broadband, and judge from that rather than from anything written here.

Our service is built for the Irish market — Irish regional channels, Irish support hours and servers chosen for Irish routing. Like most providers in this sector we operate online rather than from a shopfront. If you want to know something specific about how we operate, ask us directly and we will answer.

A fair question, and one worth asking every provider in this market. It is also the honest argument for starting with a shorter plan rather than committing to twelve months on day one. Try a month, see how it performs, and extend once you are satisfied — the longer plans will still be there.

No. We ask for the minimum needed to set up and support your line, and we do not sell it on. There is no marketing list to be added to and no account to create. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Because servers, bandwidth and staffed support cost real money, and there is a floor below which a service cannot be run properly. A provider charging two euro a month is either about to disappear or about to oversell its capacity — and you find out which at exactly the wrong moment.

The only real test

Do not take our word for any of this

Every claim on this page can be checked in 24 hours for nothing. Take the trial, watch something that matters on a busy evening, and decide from what you see rather than what we wrote.
